The United Seal of America
This United Seal is inspired by the Glory, golden rays of light, the only symbol
America's Founders put on both sides of the Great Seal,
the emblem they designed to represent their new
nation to the world – then and now.
In the spring of 2001, Americana artist Doris Sjogren Rowe
worked with John D. MacArthur to create this United Seal of America.
It was sent to all 100 US Senators during that divisive time.
The Founders clearly specified that the light should be
"breaking through a cloud" that surrounds the
Constellation of 13 stars above the Eagle.
In stark contrast, the light is blocked by the cloud
in the US government's version of the Great Seal.
It's high time the light shines again in the symbol of America
